轉(zhuǎn)輪除濕機(jī)的核心部件是一個(gè)蜂窩狀轉(zhuǎn)輪，轉(zhuǎn)輪由特殊陶瓷纖維載體和活性硅膠復(fù)合而成；轉(zhuǎn)輪兩側(cè)由特制的密封裝置分成兩個(gè)區(qū)域：處理區(qū)域及再生區(qū)域；當(dāng)需要除濕的潮濕空氣通過轉(zhuǎn)輪的處理區(qū)域時(shí)，濕空氣的水蒸汽被轉(zhuǎn)輪的活性硅膠所吸附，干燥空氣被處理風(fēng)機(jī)送至需要處理的空間；而不斷緩慢轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的轉(zhuǎn)輪載著趨于飽和的水蒸汽進(jìn)入再生區(qū)域；再生區(qū)內(nèi)反向吹入的高溫空氣使得轉(zhuǎn)輪中吸附的水份被脫附，被風(fēng)機(jī)排出室外，從而使轉(zhuǎn)輪恢復(fù)了吸濕的能力而完成再生過程；轉(zhuǎn)輪不斷地轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，上述的除濕及再生周而復(fù)始地進(jìn)行，從而保證除濕機(jī)持續(xù)穩(wěn)定的除濕狀態(tài)。

　　空氣中的水分子被硅膠微孔中的親水性基團(tuán)吸收，另外微孔中的毛細(xì)管結(jié)構(gòu)凝結(jié)也會(huì)吸收大量水分子。

　　加熱后的空氣進(jìn)入再生區(qū)使其溫度升高，微孔中吸附的水分子被激活，吸附能力變?nèi)?，水分子從硅膠微孔中排出。

　　The water molecules in the air are absorbed by hydrophilic groups in the microporous silica gel, and the condensation of the capillary structure in the micropores also absorbs a large number of water molecules.

　　The heated air enters the regeneration zone to increase its temperature, the water molecules adsorbed in the micropores are activated, the adsorption capacity becomes weaker, and the water molecules are discharged from the microporous silica gel.
